Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Engineering to lead and elevate 6sense’s data initiatives. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the planning, design, development, quality, delivery, and support of our critical data assets.

Requirements

• 12+ years in data engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud-native data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Apache Flink, Data Lakes, and HTAP technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and innovation focus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading global teams in data-intensive products.
