In Short

• Deliver onsite and virtual education on Siemens imaging systems.
• Facilitate the design and development of education modules.
• Evaluate education needs and create training plans.
• Develop virtual education programs for customers and employees.
• Communicate with the training and development team regularly.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions for future programs.
• Assist with the creation of training content for e-learning tools.
• Follow branding guidelines for content development.
• Consult with trainers and managers for training synchronization.
• Required travel is 90-95%.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a related discipline or advanced degree preferred.
• Registered and/or licensed in MR clinical modality required.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• Teaching experience is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of networking and hospital workflow.
