In Short

• Partner with Technical Leads and Product Managers to define and execute effective test strategies.
• Lead high-impact test efforts, ensuring robust test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
• Enhance existing test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and Appium.
• Act as the QA point of contact, ensuring transparent communication with product and development teams.
• Drive QA deliverables within Agile projects and mentor junior team members.
• Stay current with industry trends in QA methodologies and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of mobile QA experience (iOS & Android).
• 3+ years hands-on automation experience with Selenium (Java).
• Strong experience with Appium and real device/cloud testing platforms like BrowserStack.
• Skilled in both manual and automated testing approaches.
• Solid experience in Agile/Scrum, with proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced skills in programming for test automation (Java preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong team leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
