We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Strategy & Analytics Lead to join our Workplace Insights team. You’ll play a critical role in shaping organizational strategy through advanced analytics, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional project execution. This role requires a strong background in workplace management, operations, and organizational optimization, and will help deliver impactful insights and drive initiatives that improve workplace performance, culture, and efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in a research or strategy role.
• Strong expertise in workplace management and organizational design.
• Proficiency in R and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with statistical analyses and advanced techniques.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
