Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist - EMEA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers across multiple channels, including tickets, chat, email, and online meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp API is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Proficient in multiple communication channels.
  • Experience in marketing automation is beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
