In Short

• Responsible for building and leading a team of Design Consultants (DCs).
• Drive profitable revenue growth and delight clients.
• Manage the district to achieve budget and sales targets.
• Instill accountability in sales/marketing activities.
• Develop and refine sales skills through training.
• Motivate DCs to capture sales opportunities.
• Recruit and retain a winning team of DCs.
• Conduct performance appraisals and corrective actions.
• Build a culture of success and recognition.
• Work in a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading a sales team.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in interchangeable work environments.
• Proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
• Strong work ethic, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Out of the box prospecting abilities preferred.
• Established professional network in the local community preferred.

• Annual base salary range: $110K-$125K.
