In Short

• Design and oversee safety programs for the Shop at Home Business.
• Travel 50–60% to various locations in the U.S.
• Lead initiatives to reduce incidents and improve safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, DOT).
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop safety training programs for all employees.
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams on workers' compensation cases.
• Stay current with industry best practices and safety technologies.
• Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
• Analyze incident data to develop prevention strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• CSP certification preferred.
• 6+ years in safety management, preferably in field operations.
• Expertise in developing safety programs with measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.

• Annual base salary range: $95,000 - $125,000.
