Program Architect - Remote

Overview

The Program Architect at 2Brains is responsible for defining, developing, and maintaining system architecture at the program level, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, standardization of technical solutions, and alignment with business priorities.

• Ensure architectural principles are respected and applied in solution development.
• Coordinate with program DPLs to align priorities, business roadmap, feedback, and technical requirements.
• Maintain a cross-sectional view of architecture to optimize the organization's technological ecosystem.
• Establish a baseline architecture and develop and maintain the target architecture.
• Define and promote best architectural practices, ensuring uniform standards across all solutions.
• Create and manage architectural roadmaps aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation in digital and IT units.
• Encourage an agile mindset within the team and in architectural decision-making.
• Ensure smooth communication with stakeholders at various levels, including C-Level.

Requirements

• Frontend: TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js, React.
• Mobile Development: React Native.
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis.
• Automated Testing: JUnit, Jest, PMD, Striker.
• Development of Microservices and REST APIs.
• Event-driven and SOA architectures.
• Modeling with UML and C4.
• Deep knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Advanced English for technical communication.
• High programming and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels, including C-Level.
