Requirements

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Requirements Engineering or a related role.

• Ability to document and validate requirements using structured methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.
• Fluency in English; German is a considerable advantage.
