Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Occupational Therapist License.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Valid CA Driver's License.
• Experience with high acuity patients preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal homecare guidelines preferred.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams desired.
• Self-directed, organized, and critical thinker.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
