In Short

• Support and guide platform engineering team members
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Prioritize team tasks and coordinate project activities
• Design, build, and maintain cloud architectures and SaaS products
• Continuously improve operational metrics and system reliability
• Define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLO) and Service Level Indicators (SLI)
• Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis
• Shape product definitions and service offerings for stakeholders

• Encouraged attendance at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Platform Engineer or 5+ years in DevOps/SRE
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Team leadership and mentoring experience
• Ownership mindset and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills in cross-functional teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Experience with Security Operations and best practices
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture and container orchestration
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
