Working Student Product Management - Installation Fulfillment - Remote

Overview

We are looking for you to strengthen our tech team in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich. 1KOMMA5° creates Germany's largest one-stop shop for the sale, installation, and service of solar systems, heat pumps, power solutions, and charging infrastructure. And the best part? Everything is interconnected!

In Short

• Support the product management team in developing engaging solutions to reduce operational costs.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
• Assist in creating and maintaining product requirement documents and user manuals.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Track project progress, update documentation, and assist with task management.
• Analyze product performance data and create meaningful reports.
• Support UX-related activities, including user testing and feedback analysis.
• Participate in testing, bug tracking, and preparing materials for product launches.
• Prepare C-level presentations or design workshops with developers and other stakeholders.
• Work 20 hours per week while being enrolled at a university.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university.
• Solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical thinking.
• Proactive in bringing ideas and taking initiative.
• Willingness to take responsibility and work independently.
• Motivated to contribute to the development of exceptional products.
• Good communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to make quick decisions.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
