We are looking for you to join our tech team in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich. 1KOMMA5° is creating Germany's largest one-stop-shop for the sale, installation, and servicing of solar panels, heat pumps, electricity solutions, and charging infrastructure. In Short

• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
• Assist in creating and maintaining product requirement documents and user manuals
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities
• Track project progress, update documentation, and assist with task management
• Analyze product performance metrics and generate insightful reports
• Support UX activities, including user testing and feedback analysis
• Participate in testing, bug tracking, and preparing materials for product launches
• Prepare C-level presentations or design workshops with developers and further stakeholders

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at a university and are available to work 20 hours per week
• You have a solution-oriented mindset and master analytical thinking
• You take initiative and proactively contribute ideas on what to do next
• You demonstrate the drive to take responsibility and ownership of tasks
• You possess intrinsic motivation to help build exceptional products that delight users
• You have good communication and organizational skills, essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with quick decision-making
• You have very good spoken and written skills in both German and English (C1)
