We are looking for you as an addition to our tech-team in Berlin, Munich or Hamburg. 1KOMMA5° is building Germany's largest one-stop-shop for sale, installation and services related to solar, heat pumps, electricity and charging infrastructure. And they are all connected! Be a part of our mission!

In Short

• Empower employees by delivering custom code, workflows, and tools.
• Create and enhance third-party solutions using code.
• Educate and train Tech support staff.
• Drive automation efforts for employee onboarding experiences.
• Collaborate with the Workplace IT product team.
• Work directly with employees to develop comprehensive plans.
• Align with key stakeholders across the Tech organization.
• Facilitate alignment of changes as the company evolves.
• Engage in creative problem solving.
• Involved in standard tooling configurations and implementations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Track record of implementing cloud IT systems.
• Expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript & APIs.
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace automation.
• Experience with Employee Lifecycle Management is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in an agile environment.
• Relevant IT Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Comfortable in a remote-first organization.
