Project Manager for Photovoltaic Rooftop Systems (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform "Heartbeat" that connects photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps, and charging stations to significantly increase the profitability of interconnected customer systems. We provide customers with a "One-Stop-Shop" for purchasing and installing customized and intelligent energy solutions, enabling every household to live, heat, and move in a climate-neutral manner. We are also developing and expanding the Heartbeat software to connect customers worldwide with the electricity market, offering the cheapest and cleanest electricity tariffs.

In Short

• Manage projects in the field of photovoltaic rooftop systems for commercial and industrial clients from final negotiations to acceptance and final billing.
• Responsible for cost, time, and personnel planning for projects.
• Plan photovoltaic systems in collaboration with electrical planners according to applicable standards.
• Manage service providers involved in project implementation.
• Conduct result-oriented stakeholder management to successfully lead projects.
• Ideally, take on construction supervision of responsible projects on-site.

Requirements

• Degree in Renewable Energy, Civil Engineering, Technical Project Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Relevant work experience in project management/renewable energy, preferably focusing on photovoltaic rooftop systems in the commercial/industrial segment.
• Network with relevant service providers/suppliers to help implement projects.
• Self-reliance and entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• Willingness to travel within Germany to project sites.
• Fluent in German and business-level English.
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain an overview even under pressure.
