Project Manager for Federal Systems - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager for our federal team supporting project sites overseas, primarily in Germany, with the main project site being the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (Landstuhl Hospital) near the Ramstein Air Force Base. This is an exciting opportunity to live abroad and lead projects primarily related to installation, maintenance and service of commercial and industrial Electronic Security Systems projects (access controls, intrusion detection, CCTV, etc) to U.S. military and other U.S. federal government sites in the region.

In Short

• Act as the on-site project leader for installation, maintenance, and service projects.
• Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
• Provide work direction to subcontractors and technicians.
• Manage procurement and quality of project materials.
• Negotiate and prepare subcontracts.
• Develop and execute project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and safety standards.
• Prepare cost estimates and technical responses for client requests.
• Analyze financial reporting and project schedules.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or service management in the Building Construction or Maintenance and Service Industry.
• Service management experience with Electronic Security System projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearances.
• Ability to live in Germany on a full-time basis.
