Overview

Join our Global Virtual Assembly Line Team as a Working Student in Tech Project Management, where you will support the optimization of systems along the entire Customer Journey.

In Short

• Support the Global Virtual Assembly Line Team in preparing Make-or-Buy decisions for digital solutions.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to gather requirements and identify scalable solutions.
• Research and compare software solutions based on derived requirements.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to develop and implement new solutions.
• Maintain an overview of our existing system landscape in Germany and internationally.
• Prepare meetings, presentations, and data analyses (Business Cases, User Adoption).

Requirements

• You are enrolled at a university and can support us for 20 hours per week.
• You study Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• You have experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) and collaboration tools like Miro and Notion; basic programming knowledge is a plus.
• You communicate effectively and enjoy intensive exchange with team members and stakeholders.
• You work proactively, enjoy taking initiative, and have fun working in a team.
• You are interested in diving into new topics and enjoy taking responsibility for your own projects.
• You have very good German and English language skills (C1/C2).
