In Short

• Define and execute the overall test strategy for Oura’s software platforms.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing software test team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development and product teams.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks and tools.
• Contribute to test automation and CI/CD integrations.
• Define KPIs and dashboards for test coverage and quality.
• Introduce AI-assisted testing methods.
• Coach engineers on code quality and automation principles.
• Evaluate new test technologies to scale testing.
• Champion quality standards across teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading software testing efforts in a product-driven environment.
• Strong hands-on background in test automation and scripting (Python required).
• Experience with mobile app testing and API testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with AI-driven dev/test tools.
