Senior UX Writer, Commerce (6 Month Fixed Term) - Remote

In Short

• Collaborate with Oura’s Commerce product and design team to ideate and create content that clearly communicates Oura’s value propositions and ultimately drives revenue.
• Champion copy and content strategy within the Commerce Mission, recommending A/B tests and strategic refinements to content.
• Manage time and priorities to deliver content drafts on deadline and ensure necessary reviews take place.
• Develop and maintain a web content style guide in partnership with the Senior Product Design Manager and the Copy Lead.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and user research teams for cohesive user-centered designs.
• Work closely with the Copy Lead and Creative team to ensure content aligns with the Oura brand’s style and tone.
• Stay at the forefront of digital content strategy to inspire innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX Content Strategy, UX Writing, or Content Design.
• Strong expertise in user journey strategy development and integrating user research into design execution.
• Proven ability to execute content strategy that meets business objectives and drives conversion.
• Excellent writing, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience in a cross-functional team.
• Passion for continuous learning and driving innovation in UX writing, design, and e-commerce.
