Senior UX Writer, Commerce - Remote

In Short

• Collaborate with Oura’s Commerce product and design team to ideate and create content that clearly communicates Oura’s value propositions and ultimately drives revenue.
• Proactively recommend A/B tests, strategic refinements to existing content, and new ideas for content strategy that drive the business toward key objectives.
• Expertly manage time and priorities to deliver content drafts on deadline.
• Develop, maintain, and socialize a web content style guide.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and user-centered designs.
• Work closely with the Copy Lead and Creative team to ensure content aligns with Oura’s brand.
• Stay at the forefront of digital content strategy to inspire and drive innovation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX Content Strategy, UX Writing, or Content Design.
• Strong expertise in user journey strategy development.
• Proven ability to execute content strategy that meets business objectives.
• Excellent writing, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and driving innovation in UX writing and design.
