Product Information Management Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist to assist in the management, transformation, and syndication of product data across various platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Systems Administrator to support product data entry, ensure information completeness, and handle syndication across customer channels and platforms such as Salsify and Amazon Vendor Central.

• Manage and maintain product information within Salsify, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Support the setup and optimization of channels in Salsify to improve product data quality.
• Transform and syndicate product data across multiple customer platforms, ensuring format compatibility.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital catalogs for customer use.
• Maintain product data for Amazon Vendor Central, including performance and health reporting.
• Troubleshoot listing and performance issues on Amazon and collaborate on resolution strategies.
• Analyze Amazon confirmation rates and assist in developing product replenishment recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Private Label, Systems, Sales) to ensure syndication readiness.
• Use ERP systems to support data uploads/downloads and generate reports (via generic inquiries).
• Provide administrative support for product data tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Product Information Management platforms (Salsify required).
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and its operational processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Experience using or supporting ERP systems (experience with generic inquiries is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Experience in engineering workflows for process optimization.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across departments.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
