The B2B Sales Manager will lead a team of Sales Executives, focusing on outbound B2B clients, and will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies while mentoring team members.

Requirements

  • 5 years of B2B outbound sales experience.
  • 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to cultivate customer relationships.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated in a performance-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
  • Proven leadership in a results-driven sales environment.
  • Exceptional listening and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
