Senior Project Manager - Engagement Delivery - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an innovative and passionate Engagement Delivery Senior Manager for our Professional Services team who shares our vision of bringing the power of cloud computing to enterprises. You will oversee teams to drive successful customer outcomes with our implementations.

In Short

• Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery of complex enterprise projects.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Act as the primary customer interface and ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with crafting project deliverables.
• Supervise utilization of project resources and manage project risks.
• Drive teams through the Software engineering experience using Agile methodologies.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, including risk management.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing with business end users.
• Provide senior-level consulting and counsel to client executives.
• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management, particularly with client projects.
• Ability to balance business and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated project management skills with teams of 20+ members.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Project Management Methodology Certification such as PMP, SAFe, or Scrum.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Available to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide engagements.
• Experience with enterprise-scale CRM software solutions is a plus.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
