Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize communication strategies.
Oversee QA processes to ensure email components are accurate and aligned with goals.
Develop performance reports leveraging data for insights and optimization.
Monitor email deliverability metrics to maximize audience reach.
Architect lifecycle email journeys to enhance performance.
Communicate the impact of email campaigns on key metrics.
Work with analysts for in-depth analysis to meet business goals.
Must have strong analytical and project management skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
5+ years of experience in email/digital marketing.
Proven experience with data analysis and segmentation.
Knowledge of SQL and HTML/CSS.
Experience with email automation and campaign analysis.
Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Figma, and Microsoft suites.
Experience using Iterable or similar ESPs.
Results-driven with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
