Principal Professional Services Architect (Data Loss Prevention) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Principal Professional Services Architect, Data Loss Prevention to join our Professional Services team at Zscaler. You will be responsible for building long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers and delivering tailored Data Protection solutions.

• Building long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers
• Designing and executing solutions using Zscaler’s suite of products
• Advocating customer needs with cross-functional teams
• Producing documentation, best practices, and demos
• 10+ years of experience in network security or DevOps
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and cloud security solutions
• Ability with scripting languages, REST APIs, and Linux/Windows systems
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are preferred
• Experience in network security architecture and SaaS integration

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in network security, professional services, or DevOps
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Must be proficient in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), CASB, and cloud security solutions
• Proven ability with scripting languages, REST APIs, and Linux/Windows systems
