Senior Marketing CRM Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Marketing CRM Analyst will be the strategic owner of CRM data, reporting, and insight generation, playing a crucial role in driving smarter decision-making across the marketing department.

In Short

• Lead the design and upkeep of CRM data frameworks.

• 3+ years' experience in CRM or marketing analytics.
• Experience in A/B test design and measurement.
• Strong expertise in SQL and marketing KPIs.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Business, Data Science, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms and web-analytics tools.
• Skilled in Excel; Python knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
