In Short

• Location: UK (Remote)
• Contract: 12 month Fixed Term
• Travel: Up to 30% (primarily tradeshows, distributor meetings, and internal training)
• Seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for Public Safety / AED business across Eastern Europe, the Nordics and the Middle East.
• Act as the regional marketing lead, working with Territory Managers and distribution partners.
• Drive demand, accelerate growth, and strengthen brand presence.
• Lead and deliver regional marketing strategies and programs.
• Manage marketing collaboration with distributor partners.
• Plan, execute, and optimize channel marketing programs.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B, medical devices, healthcare, or technology-led environments.
• Experience with indirect sales models and distribution partners.
• Proven track record of lead generation and demand-driven marketing campaigns.
• Experience with CRM systems and campaign performance analytics.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
