EMEA Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

StackAdapt is looking for an experienced EMEA Marketing Manager to lead the localisation and orchestration of integrated marketing campaigns across our highest-priority EMEA markets. This role will be responsible for regional marketing performance, funnel insight, and field execution, driving pipeline growth across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and the UAE.

In Short

• Lead the strategy, execution and follow-up of regional campaigns, sponsorships, webinars and field events.
• Own the EMEA pipeline, tracking and analysis of funnel metrics.
• Provide strategic input into planning global digital campaigns.
• Localise and adapt global campaigns for EMEA markets.
• Coordinate regional lead capture strategies and post-event nurture activities.
• Act as the operational link between regional and global marketing.
• Collaborate with regional revenue teams to align campaign objectives.
• Identify and share regional success stories for local marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, demand gen, or campaign management.
• Deep understanding of regional buyer journeys and sales cycles.
• Ability to influence campaign direction without daily execution.
• Field and sponsorship marketing experience across EMEA.
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable using performance metrics.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.
