The Senior Software Development Engineer will work with the Eventing team to develop and enhance Zillow’s Data Platform, enabling efficient data processes and supporting business objectives.

Requirements

5+ years of software development experience.
Proficient in Python, Scala, or Java.
Experience with Databricks, Airflow, Hive, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Experience in data governance and compliance is a plus.
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Passion for mentorship and team leadership.
Ability to resolve ambiguity and balance objectives.
