Overview

The Senior Capital Markets Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing pricing strategies and managing loan locks to ensure competitive mortgage offerings, contributing to Zillow's mission of making homeownership more accessible.

• Collaborate with sales and fulfillment for accurate pricing.
• Manage lock updates, extensions, and withdrawals.
• Produce daily rate sheets and monitor market movements.
• Review pricing scenarios and negotiate price exceptions.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and eligibility in PPE rules.
• Track investor updates and pricing changes.
• Identify automation opportunities for daily activities.
• Serve as a liaison between ZHL and investors.
• Handle High Cost Fail/Review/Cure requests.
• Work remotely from any U.S. location.

Requirements

• 4+ years of mortgage experience.
• 2+ years of rate lock or secondary market experience.
• Basic knowledge of loan programs.
• Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to evolving priorities.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 12pm-9pm CST.
• Willingness to apply even with non-traditional backgrounds.
