Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Senior SRE Engineer to join the team at Zeta Global, a Data-Powered Marketing Cloud company leveraging advanced AI for marketing solutions.

In Short

Implement and manage SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
Lead postmortems and root cause analysis for system improvement.
Implement observability using tools like OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
Automate runbooks to reduce toil.
Collaborate with product teams to enhance system reliability.

Requirements

7+ years of experience as an SRE.
3+ years of software development experience focused on automation.
Hands-on experience with IaC tools.
Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
Knowledge of CI/CD platforms.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
