Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Senior SRE Engineer to join the team at Zeta Global, a Data-Powered Marketing Cloud company leveraging advanced AI for marketing solutions.

In Short

• Implement and manage SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
• Lead postmortems and root cause analysis for system improvement.
• Implement observability using tools like OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
• Automate runbooks to reduce toil.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance system reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an SRE.
• 3+ years of software development experience focused on automation.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of CI/CD platforms.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
