ZeptoLab is looking for a Project Manager to join our team on the awesome game Bullet Echo. You’ll create a space where passionate professionals work together, grow, and deliver great results. We mix Kanban, Agile, and PMBOK to get things done.

In Short

• Manage the value delivery process and project-related delivery questions.
• Work with multiple teams at different maturity levels.
• Facilitate team meetings and activities.
• Implement and improve agile practices.
• Support the team in inspecting and adapting their processes.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in company processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Broad knowledge of classic project management and Agile practices.
• Proven success in working with Agile teams.
• Ability to build trustful connections with people.
• Open to new knowledge and willing to evolve.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
