Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re an agile, product-driven team focused on building a next-generation web platform using modern technologies like React, NodeJS, MongoDB, and AWS. Our ecosystem powers robust backend services and intuitive frontends that deliver a seamless experience to thousands of users daily. We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive delivery across our development teams, ensure product alignment, and foster cross-functional collaboration between stakeholders, designers, and engineers.

In Short

• Own project planning, delivery tracking, and coordination across engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders
• Act as the primary communication bridge between our team and the client
• Facilitate regular meetings and demos with the client
• Ensure teams have everything they need to execute
• Proactively manage risks and communication
• Run effective stand-ups and planning meetings using agile methodologies
• Maintain clarity across Jira/Notion with updated roadmaps
• Contribute to team productivity and continuous improvement
• Align product goals with technical execution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects in agile teams
• Experience in direct client communication and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of software development practices
• Ability to thrive in a remote-friendly culture
• Bonus: Fluency in German is a big plus
