Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Our client is a globally well-known NGO seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver projects effectively.

In Short

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects/workstreams.
• Monitor timelines, risks, resources, and budgets.
• Update project management documentation including risk registers and status reports.
• Coordinate regular project governance and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and governance bodies.
• Ensure alignment with PMO frameworks and reporting standards.
• Deliver monthly status reports with risk updates and financial projections.
• Facilitate governance preparation and documentation.
• Manage member engagement and communication content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince2, Agile/Scrum).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and delivery.
• Strong ability to work in multicultural teams across time zones.
• Proven experience in stakeholder and change management.
• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365.
• Ability to operate independently and manage priorities under pressure.
