• Manage multiple projects across content creation, campaigns, and AI agent deployments.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and progress.
• Build and optimize Notion dashboards, task boards, and documentation systems.
• Track assignments, manage deadlines, and document all processes and updates.
• Facilitate regular status updates with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify project blockers and scope changes, proposing timely solutions.
• Oversee project scope and budgets to ensure 90%+ on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage freelancers and external partners as needed to fill execution gaps.
• Drive innovation in processes leveraging AI tools.
• Document and refine standard operating procedures and playbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years project management experience in a marketing agency, preferably with HubSpot familiarity.
• Advanced Notion user with proven ability to build and maintain complex task and documentation systems.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communicator, comfortable leading client meetings.
• Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and deliverables concurrently.
