Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer in the Engagement & Retention division, you will be key in designing and building user-facing features that directly impact customer experience and retention.

• Own the delivery of new product features by working iteratively with design and product owners.
• Use monitoring and instrumentation to evaluate the success of your code.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of software development experience.
• Experience working on web-based products.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and Node.js.
• Strong experience with API development and service-oriented architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an agile, data-driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience building scalable applications.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts.
