In Short

• Support in operational daily business
• Maintenance and further development of our CRM system Pipedrive
• Appointment management and coordination of internal processes
• Building and managing processes and interfaces
• Working in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Support with automations and digital workflows
• Use and maintenance of AI tools in everyday work
• Communication with internal teams and external partners
• Creation of small documentation and overviews

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Very good organizational skills and structured working style
• Safe handling of digital tools and software environments
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage, ideally Pipedrive
• Reliability, discretion, and high diligence
• Openness to new technologies and automation processes
• Independent working style and enjoyment of process optimization
