• Manage the social media channels of our clients (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Develop content strategies and editorial plans in line with brand identity
• Independently create posts, stories, reels, and ads including text, image, and video editing
• Community management: respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
• Client support: coordination, consulting, and ongoing development of social media presences
• Analyze reach, interactions, and performance, and derive optimization measures
• Creative campaign development and implementation of branding and marketing measures
• Smart use of AI tools for efficiency and content optimization
• Ensure consistent corporate identity and design guidelines
• Short-term availability and effective coordination mentality

Requirements

• Business license required
• Completed studies, training, or relevant professional experience in marketing, communication, or social media
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a sense for storytelling and brand impact
• Experience in brand building, personal branding, and digital communication
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
• Proficient use of social media management tools and AI applications
