Overview

We’re hiring a Growth Marketing & Enrollment Coordinator to own our inquiry → trial → enrollment pipeline, including paid social campaigns, CRM automation (GoHighLevel), and follow-up communications. This role blends growth execution with operational discipline—so marketing reflects real capacity, real parent pain points, and a premium customer experience.

In Short

• Own paid social campaigns (Meta/Instagram)
• Run structured experiments on campaigns
• Coordinate creative needs with the team
• Build and maintain GoHighLevel automations
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking
• Execute monthly growth/ops improvement projects
• Produce monthly performance reports
• Support onboarding with My Music Staff
• Deliver consistent brand-aligned communication
• Improve lead response times

Requirements

• 2+ years in growth marketing or CRM-driven marketing
• Hands-on paid social experience (Meta preferred)
• Strong written/spoken English and attention to detail
• Highly organized and reliable
• Comfortable working in a high-standards environment
