Overview

Fabletics Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to take ownership of session data models and reporting, playing a critical role in understanding product engagement and user behavior.

In Short

• Own and evolve session data layer in Snowflake.
• Design and maintain production-grade Tableau dashboards.

• Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical partners.
• Comfort with modern data stack including Airflow and GitHub.

Requirements

• 5+ years in BI, Analytics, or hybrid technical roles focused on data modeling and reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience in a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake).
• Expertise in Tableau for creating scalable dashboards.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ownership and accountability in problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a modern data stack: Airflow, Snowflake, GitHub, Tableau.
• Prior work with session data or clickstream analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with funnel conversion and engagement metrics.
• Exposure to Python for automation or data validation is a plus.
• Interest in AI-assisted analytics is desirable.
