Overview

As a Field Force Coordinator (Part Time - 20h), you will play a key role in the efficient organization and support of the field service, ensuring smooth operations of field activities.

In Short

• Coordination, organization, and planning of various processes within the field team
• Monitoring of KPIs and performance metrics
• Analysis of field service data and derivation of optimization measures
• Key user of field service systems (e.g., CRM system)
• Regular communication and reporting to management and other departments

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a completed degree
• Solid knowledge in the analysis and evaluation of field service data and KPIs
• Very good organizational skills and pronounced problem-solving ability
• High communication skills and team ability
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and common CRM systems
