An exciting mid-shift, Manila-based opportunity available for a Systems Administrator. Work from home or office-based – you choose!

In Short

  • Manage and streamline the organization’s technical infrastructure and cloud-based ERP platform.
  • Handle traditional IT support responsibilities including hardware and phone systems.
  • Oversee AWS-based ERP management and ensure uptime and data integrity.
  • Implement data governance policies and perform regular audits.
  • Maintain and update the company intranet with accurate content.
  • Create and manage CRM templates and reporting tools.
  • Administer the company’s phone infrastructure (VoIP).
  • Design and maintain custom layouts and reports within the ERP.
  • Manage integrations with external services via APIs.
  • Set up and maintain integrations with shipping and courier services.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3).
  • Strong knowledge of PC/laptop hardware and phone system administration.
  • Proficiency in SQL or other database query languages.
  • Experience integrating and monitoring APIs.
  • Able to design and maintain custom fields and reports within an ERP.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or similar certifications are a plus.
