Consumer Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Consumer Marketing Manager to lead and manage our existing B2C marketing channels. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across paid and organic platforms, improving funnel performance, and developing compelling messaging across landing pages and email campaigns.

In Short

• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Oversee campaign planning, execution, testing, and performance tracking.
• Develop and provide creative briefs for static and video assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, CPA, and ROI.
• Plan and manage Instagram content strategy to support brand awareness.
• Collaborate with UX designer for organic content assets.
• Develop landing page copy aligned with campaign goals.
• Analyze and optimize the customer acquisition funnel.
• Create email campaign copy for lifecycle and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tracking tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2C digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong ability to write high-converting marketing copy.
• Experience creating creative briefs and collaborating with designers.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and messaging strategy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design and engineering teams.
• College graduate of any Marketing or related 4-year course.
