This position is aimed at individuals looking to work with PJ credit in the area of origination with B2B clients at XP.

In Short

• Meetings and visits to clients to present PJ credit solutions and negotiations.
• Collaboration with commercial advisors and partner offices in the B2B network.
• Training and workshops for the training of commercial advisors.
• Organization of campaigns and events to promote credit products.
• Monitoring the pipeline and acting on the disbursement flow of credit operations with partner areas.

Requirements

• Complete higher education in administration, economics, engineering, or related areas.
• Commercial intensity profile and strong communication skills (oral and written).

• Prior knowledge of PJ credit solutions.
