Overview

As part of the Performance & Analytics team, you will be at the forefront with business and technology teams acting as an Analytics Engineer at XP Inc., focusing on leveraging results through data.

In Short

• Collaborate with business areas for data-driven decision making.
• Work with technology areas to implement initiatives.
• Create accurate data layers and build sources of truth for universal and simplified consumption.
• Visualize and present business growth through dashboards and reports.
• Monitor data to ensure availability and accuracy of information.
• Analyze performance across different business sectors.
• Influence decision-making and lead initiatives.
• Partner with data scientists to develop predictive models and improve operations.
• Define key indicators for tracking results across various areas.
• Train others on analytics and its tools.

Requirements

• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Decision-making capability and stakeholder influence.
• Ability to lead initiatives in multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical and hands-on profile.
• Understanding of ETL processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python/PySpark.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
