Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Partner Network Manager to lead our Partner Network initiatives. This role is akin to a supplier development position, focusing on cultivating and managing a high-performing network of partners.

In Short

• Optimize partner performance by analyzing data to improve supplier performance.
• Identify performance/training gaps and develop strategies to improve partner outcomes.
• Create and implement partner certification programs.
• Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing and machining.
• Proven ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
• Fluency with essential business applications.
