Overview

The Partner Support Specialist is responsible for new partner evaluation and vetting, support and assistance through the onboarding process and job board experience, and setting partners up for a productive relationship with Xometry.

In Short

  • Run virtual shop evaluations to ensure all prospective partners meet the qualifications.
  • Resolve incoming partner requests and concerns using Salesforce and Gmail.
  • Record shop evaluation results in trackers and Salesforce.
  • Utilize Google Sheets and the Onboarding Staff App for tracking.
  • Handle high volume email and call campaigns as needed.
  • Create an enthusiastic atmosphere for new partners.
  • Verify partner addresses using Google Maps.
  • Recommend impressive partners to sourcing teams.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Technically proficient with Google Suite and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
