Overview

We are looking for a Lead Consultant in the implementation of SSFF EC Payroll for Mexican payroll in the financial sector, to join a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will take full ownership of payroll operations while guiding and empowering a high-performance team. This is a critical role to ensure compliance, precision, and continuous improvement in payroll processes.

In Short

• Lead and support a consulting and implementation team, ensuring quality and timely execution of all payroll processes.
• Serve as an expert in requirements gathering for system migration to SSFF EC Payroll and payroll operations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance payroll procedures and efficiency.
• Ensure smooth communication and knowledge sharing within the team and the organization.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of proven experience in the implementation and migration of SuccessFactor Employee Central Payroll for Mexican payroll.
• Experience in SAP HCM is also valuable.
• Strong technical knowledge in payroll compliance, taxes, and benefits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A mindset of continuous improvement and the ability to implement efficient payroll strategies.
• Experience as a Business Analyst and HR Business Process for defining efficient processes and continuous improvement in system migration.
• Client-facing experience to handle complex situations and coordinate processes across different areas.
