Senior CMDB Developer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior CMDB Developer who will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our ServiceNow CMDB. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with ServiceNow, particularly in configuration item (CI) management, governance processes, and ITSM principles. This role demands a proactive attitude, strong commitment, and excellent teamwork skills.

In Short

• Execute hands-on integrations and discovery processes within ServiceNow.
• Maintain and audit CI data to ensure its accuracy and quality.
• Develop, document, and implement CI governance processes.
• Support ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management with a focus on CMDB functionality.
• Generate CI data health reports, proactively identifying and resolving data gaps.
• Conduct CI data audits to ensure compliance with established processes.
• Validate CMDB functionality during ServiceNow upgrades and deployments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer focusing on ITSM.
• Proficiency in scripting of ServiceNow CMDB management and related ITSM processes.
• Experience in defining and implementing governance processes for CI data.
• Strong analytical skills to create and monitor CI data health reports.
• Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) is a plus.
• Advanced English C1 - C2 proficiency is required.
