Senior Java Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Design and develop robust backend services using Java (Java 21 preferred)
• Apply OOP principles, design patterns, and clean architecture practices
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems
• Work with relational and non-relational databases and manage data persistence
• Leverage caching mechanisms and multithreading to optimize performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features
• Write unit and integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development practices

Requirements

• Experience in backend development using Java and related frameworks
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
• Familiarity with messaging tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Proficient in working with databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, or Azure Pipelines
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment
